Head of Sales – MENA Region

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our team in the MENA Region within the forex industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who is passionate about driving sales growth and expanding market presence.

  • Lead and manage the sales team in the MENA Region to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market insights.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Thriving with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).

  • Mastering 5–10+ years of experience in forex, CFD, or financial services sales.

  • Steering with at least 3–5 years in a senior management or leadership role.

  • Commanding a strong understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5), forex products, and leverage trading.

  • Achieving greatness with a proven track record of hitting high revenue targets in MENA markets.

  • Building bridges with a strong network of IBs, affiliates, and retail trading clients as a strong advantage.

  • Leading the way with excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
