Head of Sales – MENA Region
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our team in the MENA Region within the forex industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who is passionate about driving sales growth and expanding market presence.
Lead and manage the sales team in the MENA Region to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Job requirements
Requirements:
Thriving with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred).
Mastering 5–10+ years of experience in forex, CFD, or financial services sales.
Steering with at least 3–5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
Commanding a strong understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5), forex products, and leverage trading.
Achieving greatness with a proven track record of hitting high revenue targets in MENA markets.
Building bridges with a strong network of IBs, affiliates, and retail trading clients as a strong advantage.
Leading the way with excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
