About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced MENA Regional Manager with a strong background in the Forex / CFD brokerage industry to lead our expansion across the Middle East and North Africa region.
The ideal candidate must be a native Arabic speaker with a proven track record in Forex sales, business development, IB management, client acquisition, and regional team building. This role is designed for a senior professional who already has a strong network of clients, IBs, partners, sales managers, and industry colleagues across MENA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building a powerful regional structure, appointing and managing country managers across key MENA markets, and driving client acquisition, deposits, trading activity, and long-term regional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Business Development
Develop and execute the company’s MENA expansion strategy across key markets including GCC, Levant, North Africa, and other Arabic-speaking regions.
Identify high-potential countries and create a clear market-entry and growth plan for each jurisdiction.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients, IBs, affiliates, partners, money managers, and institutional relationships.
Drive deposit growth, active trading volumes, client retention, and revenue across the region.
Team Building & Leadership
Set up and lead a strong MENA sales and business development team.
Recruit, train, and manage Regional Managers / Country Managers in each target MENA country.
Create country-level KPIs, reporting structures, sales targets, and performance management systems.
Coach team members on client acquisition, relationship management, conversion, retention, and IB development.
IB & Partner Network
Bring and develop a strong book of Introducing Brokers, affiliates, partners, and high-value clients.
Build long-term partnerships with IBs, educators, trading communities, financial influencers, and local business networks.
Negotiate IB agreements, commission structures, and performance targets.
Monitor IB quality, compliance, client activity, and profitability.
Client Acquisition & Retention
Leverage existing client relationships and industry network to onboard new traders and partners.
Support high-net-worth clients, VIP traders, and strategic accounts across the MENA region.
Work closely with dealing, compliance, onboarding, marketing, and operations teams to improve client experience.
Ensure regional activities are aligned with company policies, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.
Market Intelligence
Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activity, client behavior, product demand, and regulatory developments in MENA.
Recommend localized promotions, campaigns, seminars, webinars, expos, and offline events.
Support brand positioning as a strong and trusted Forex / CFD brokerage in the region.
Job requirements
Must-Have Requirements
Native Arabic speaker.
Senior Forex / CFD brokerage experience is mandatory.
Strong existing book of clients, IBs, partners, and industry contacts across MENA.
Proven experience managing or building sales teams in the Forex, CFD, financial brokerage, or online trading industry.
Ability to recruit and manage country managers across multiple MENA markets.
Strong understanding of Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, crypto CFDs, trading platforms, leverage, spreads, swaps, IB structures, and client lifecycle.
Demonstrated track record of generating deposits, trading volume, IB business, and regional revenue.
Fluent or professional English communication skills.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel across the MENA region.
Preferred Requirements
Experience in GCC, Levant, and North African markets.
Previous role as Regional Manager, Country Manager, Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, or IB Manager within a Forex brokerage.
Strong network in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and Iraq.
Experience attending Forex expos, financial seminars, roadshows, and partner events.
Understanding of regional client onboarding, KYC, compliance, and payment challenges.

Net deposits and monthly deposit growth.
Number and quality of active clients.
Number of active IBs and strategic partners.
Trading volume generated by the region.
Country manager recruitment and performance.
Retention rate of VIP clients and IBs.
Regional team productivity.
Market expansion progress by country.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a senior Forex business development leader who is already well connected in the MENA trading industry. They should not be starting from zero. They should bring immediate access to clients, IBs, partners, and potential team members.
This person must be capable of building a regional structure from the ground up, managing local leaders in multiple countries, and taking full ownership of MENA revenue growth
