Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Partnership Manager to lead and grow our partner network across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in building strategic alliances within the Forex, Crypto, or Fintech industry, along with strong relationship management and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand strategic partnerships, including IBs, affiliates, and white-label partners.
• Identify and onboard new business partners across the MENA region.
• Manage and nurture existing partnerships to maximize engagement and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, and compliance) to ensure partner success.
• Analyze partnership performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and webinars.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities.

Job requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, or Affiliate Management within the Forex, Crypto, or Financial Services industry.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Strong understanding of the Forex/CFD trading environment and partner business models.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Based in Egypt and available to work in hybrid working model.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and strategic thinker.
