Job Overview

We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of DB Investing's media buying and paid acquisition across every platform — Meta, Google, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. You will own budget planning, campaign build, ongoing optimisation and reporting against acquisition targets. This is a hands-on role for someone who builds and optimises campaigns themselves and is accountable for cost per acquisition, not just for briefing an agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full paid media function end-to-end: budget planning, channel mix, campaign build, creative testing, bid and audience optimization, and reporting.

• Plan and manage monthly media budgets across Meta, Google (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube), TikTok, X and LinkedIn, with clear pacing and forecasting.

• Drive qualified acquisition — registrations, verified accounts and funded accounts — against agreed CPA and volume targets by market.

• Own conversion tracking and measurement integrity: pixels, Conversions API and server-side events, UTM governance, and reconciliation between platform-reported and CRM-reported results.

• Navigate financial services advertising restrictions — account verification, ad disapprovals, landing page policy and regulated-market targeting rules — and keep accounts in good standing.

• Run a structured creative testing program with design and content and feed winning angles back into the wider marketing plan.

• Manage retargeting and audience strategy across the funnel, including CRM audience segmentation and exclusion logic.

• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear commentary: what moved, why, and what changes next.

• Evaluate and manage additional channels and vendors where they earn their place — programmatic, native, affiliate and finance-vertical publishers.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in performance marketing / media buying, with meaningful experience advertising a fintech or regulated financial services product.

• Direct, hands-on management of live monthly budgets — you build and optimize in the ad platforms yourself.

• Proven ownership of at least three of: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic or native.

• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with CPA, CAC, ROAS, lead-to-deposit conversion and payback, and able to defend the numbers.

• Practical experience with tracking and attribution setup, not just reading dashboards.

• Experience handling ad account restrictions, disapprovals and policy issues for a regulated financial advertiser.

• Fluent professional English & Arabic — read, write and speak.

• Forex/CFD brokerage acquisition experience, including funded-account funnels.

• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging and other platform integrations.

• Experience scaling acquisition across multiple regions — MENA, LATAM, Africa or Asia.
