Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Product Leadership roles

• Experience building fintech, trading, or high-complexity digital products

• Strong ability to structure ambiguity and turn ideas into execution plans

• Decisive, user-focused, and execution-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or financial systems

• Background working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments

• Technical understanding of engineering workflows or APIs

• Experience launching products from 0 → 1

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals

• Translate business ideas and requirements into clear product features

• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and operations

• Drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch

• Prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and user value

• Ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and clear communication across stakeholders

• Continuously improve product processes and delivery efficiency
