To make this possible, we are looking for a Senior Security Engineer who will take ownership of securing our systems end-to-end — proactively, not reactively.

This is a critical role in a high-stakes fintech environment where security is not a layer - it is a foundation.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security engineering, application security, or platform security

• Strong understanding of modern fintech and financial system risks

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Secure API design and review

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  • Encryption, key management, and data protection

  • Cloud security (AWS / GCP / Azure)

• Experience working with high-availability, production-critical systems

• Strong ability to think proactively, not reactively — anticipating risks before they happen

Bonus Points

• Experience with compliance frameworks (KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001)

• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent

• Experience in incident response and security operations

• Background in fintech, trading, or payments systems

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end security architecture across systems and infrastructure

• Lead threat modeling, risk analysis, and security design reviews for new features

• Perform and coordinate vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

• Secure integrations with payment service providers (PSPs), banking systems, and external APIs

• Define and enforce authentication, authorization, and encryption standards

• Build and improve secure SDLC practices across engineering teams

• Monitor, identify, and proactively mitigate emerging security threats

• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to ensure security by design
