Senior UI/UX Designer (Mobile Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer (Mobile) to join our team and lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and user-centered mobile experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual design skills with deep product thinking and a passion for creating seamless user journeys across iOS and Android platforms.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into engaging mobile experiences that are both functional and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for mobile products, from discovery and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.

• Create intuitive, user-centered experiences for iOS and Android apps.

• Translate business and user requirements into clear, elegant, and effective design solutions.

• Develop high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.

• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all mobile touchpoints.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on mobile app design.

• Proven portfolio showcasing mobile-first design work across both UX and visual UI.

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

• Solid understanding of mobile platform guidelines, including iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and design systems.

• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

• Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly to stakeholders and development teams.

• Experience working in agile, collaborative product environments.

• Strong communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or other fast-paced digital products.

• Familiarity with user research methods and data-driven design decisions.

• Experience collaborating with distributed or international teams.

• Motion design or micro-interaction experience is a plus.
